Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed every day before 3:00 pm (EST) Monday through Friday. Any orders after are processed the next day.
Items are shipped within 48 hours of processing. Our company ships through UPS so please provide shipping address.
If shipping to APO address USPS will be used.
Standard delivery is free under a $100 within the continental U.S. (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Anything over $100, shipping cost is included.
2nd Day Air within continental U.S. (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Items that are in-stock will ship within 48 hours of processing. After processing is finished, you will receive your item within two business days.
The flat rate fee for 2nd day air is $18.00.
NEXT DAY AIR WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S:
Items that are in-stock will ship 48 hours after your order is placed.
After processing is finished, you will receive your order the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Items that are in-stock will ship 48 hours after you place your order. If order is shipped outside the U.S.,
please use the International Shipping Calculator to estimate charges based on your shipping location.
Each package is assigned a shipping fee. If you have multiple items on your order and would like to ship all items together, please notify us via email within the first 24 hours after you have placed your order.Please note shipping costs do not include any clearance fees which include:
destination country’s taxes, duties, and/or any brokerage fees.
You may also be responsible for any additional fees at the time of delivery. If your package is not accepted (signed for) at the time of delivery,
international orders will not be refunded for shipping costs or the refused merchandise. For further details on taxes/duties or clearance-related fees,
we strongly recommend that you contact your local government branch responsible for importing and exporting.
Items that are out of stock:
Upon receipt of your order, our customer service department will email you within 48 hours to notify you if an item is sold out.
If an item is out of stock but will be available in the future, we will email you the item’s availability and ship dates.
Please email us back to confirm that it is okay to ship your order, before reserving back orders.We will also let you know if there is an alternate size or color choice
you want. If we do not receive a response from you within 3 business days, orders are cancelled with no incurred charges. |
